All plans are available for prepaid customers only.
The validity of all plans is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
The benefits of all plans can be used on both 5G and 4G networks. Customers may continue to use 4G services when they are in areas where 5G coverage is not yet available.
All plans will automatically renew when:
- The included data allowance is fully consumed before the plan expires; or
- The plan reaches its expiry date,
provided that the customer has sufficient balance in their main account.
Any remaining benefits from the previous plan, including data, on-net voice minutes, and on-net SMS, will be carried forward to the next plan without limitation. The validity of all carried-forward benefits will follow the validity of the newly subscribed plan.
Benefit Carry-Forward Conditions
- Re-subscription before plan expiry or multiple subscriptions
- Auto-renewal
- Upgrade from a lower-value plan to a higher-value plan
Benefit Forfeiture Conditions
- Downgrade from a higher-value plan to a lower-value plan
- Plan expiry
- Migration to another plan, including cellcard AO AI and cellcard AO GAMER
When a customer migrates from a cellcard AO MOBILE, Time To Rise, cellcard AO GAMER, cellcard Lucky, or cellcard AO AI to a cellcard AO MOBILE 5G of the same or higher value, the remaining data, on-net voice minutes, and on-net SMS will be carried forward to the new cellcard AO MOBILE 5G. Any other remaining benefits will be available for use until their original expiry date.
When a customer migrates from a cellcard AO MOBILE, Time To Rise, cellcard AO GAMER, cellcard Lucky, or cellcard AO AI to a cellcard AO MOBILE 5G of a lower value, all remaining benefits, including data, on-net voice minutes, and on-net SMS, will be forfeited. Likewise, when a customer migrates from any other mobile plan to cellcard AO MOBILE 5G, all remaining benefits, including data, voice minutes, and SMS, will be forfeited.
None of the plans will be activated for customers without their prior consent.
Customers may send a cellcard AO MOBILE 5G plan as a gift only to a mobile number that is currently subscribed to cellcard AO MOBILE 5G through the following methods:

- Select the desired plan.
- Tap the “Send Gift” button.
- Enter the recipient's mobile number.
Gift Plan Conditions
- The recipient's mobile number must be active and valid to use the gifted plan benefits.
- Gifted plans will not auto-renew.
- The validity period of a gifted plan is the same as the validity period of the corresponding plan.
- Data usage, voice calls, and SMS usage will be deducted from the plan that was activated first, whether it is the customer's main plan or the gifted plan.
